Return & Refund Policy

At PichiStore, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within the first 5 days after delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
